1 Introduction

1000cuci reserves the right to verify each member's eligibility at any time and to decline registration applications or close existing accounts without providing a reason if the above conditions are not met.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 1000cuci platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, active mobile number, valid email address, and actual date of birth. False or inaccurate information constitutes grounds for account closure.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 1000cuci will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency

All transactions on the 1000cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. Any attempt to transact in another currency will not be processed.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. 1000cuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.

1000cuci reserves the right to hold withdrawals for anti-fraud verification purposes. If verification fails or suspicious activity is detected, the relevant account and funds may be frozen pending the completion of an investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

1000cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each offer, and the following conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Rollover/Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be rolled over according to the specified rollover amount (typically between 15x and 25x) before withdrawals are permitted.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. Claiming a new bonus before the current bonus rollover is completed is not allowed.

• Transferring funds between different 1000cuci accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities

• Using a VPN or identity-masking software to bypass geographical restrictions
• Publishing or sharing another member's personal information without consent
• Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the platform in any way

8 Account Termination

Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 1000cuci support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any eligible balance may be withdrawn subject to applicable verification requirements and rollover compliance.

Closure by 1000cuci

1000cuci reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any term within this agreement
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe
• Meaningless use of the platform or inactivity for more than 12 months
• Instructions from competent regulatory authorities

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 1000cuci reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and in cases of fraud, the entire account balance.

9 Responsible Gambling
